The Brief
The brief for this renovation was a complete strip out and refurbishment of a two bedroom apartment in Ballsbridge ,Dublin 4. to create a warm, comfortable, energy efficient and modern living space .
The Works
The renovation works included complete refit of main bathroom and ensuite, kitchen and high levels of insulation throughout. We installed custom storage in every room as well as energy-efficient radiators and a feature built in electric fire in the modern living space.
Scope of Works
Our turn key renovation service extended to include complete decoration throughout.
